    Agreed with you and the client: what ENCC coordinates, what remains with you.

    Coordination

    Permits, registrations, incorporation by licensed providers, banking and accounting onboarding.

    Reporting

    Status updates at agreed milestones, so you can advise with current facts.

Commercial terms

Agreed in writing per partner. Paid introductions only where your professional rules permit them and under a signed agreement; otherwise the collaboration is fee-free and reciprocal.

Confidentiality

Client information is shared only as needed for the agreed scope. NDA on request.

Non-solicitation

We do not offer your client services that belong to your mandate.
