In Cyprus, we coordinate the whole move, from residence procedures and administrative steps to relocation and concierge services. Official filings are carried out by our licensed partners.

I know bureaucracy from the inside. It doesn’t define me.

Before building ENCC, I spent more than ten years in German public administration, including a leadership role at the Welcome Center Rhein-Neckar in Mannheim.

That gave me something valuable: an understanding of how institutions work, where things get stuck and how much good preparation matters.

Today my focus is different: how to remove unnecessary friction and create more freedom of choice, within the law.

I have been through an international move myself. I know a decision that looks good on paper is not enough if the implementation turns into an administrative nightmare.
