A written sequence for your move to Cyprus: what to do before departure, in the first weeks and in the first year, and who does each step. We keep track of documents and appointments with you.
Housing search support
Available on request, only as part of a paid relocation package. Not offered as a standalone service.
Residency & tax administration
Residence registration: Yellow Slip (EU) and Pink Slip
Preparation of the file, document checks and coordination of the application.
ENCC coordinates the client relationship, documents and administrative process within the agreed service. Steps that require specialists or authorised representation are carried out by independent, licensed partners in their own name and under their own responsibility, where the specific service is confirmed. Approvals and processing times are decided by the authorities; we do not promise them.
Tax registration and Non-Dom application
Coordination of the tax identification number (TIC) and the Non-Dom application. Tax advice itself comes from a qualified tax adviser.

Health and international insurance
Through our verified partner Grenzenlos. You contract directly with the insurer; ENCC helps you understand what you need for your residence file.

A package around your arrival: plan, registrations, insurance and the first months, coordinated together.

For families and more complex situations, scoped individually with the partners involved.
ENCC fees are separate from government fees and from third-party costs (for example partners, insurers or translators). Each is shown separately in your written scope.
We do not promise approvals, processing times or outcomes that depend on an authority. We do not offer 24/7 service or unlimited access; response times are set out in your scope.
Advice
Our own view on route and sequence. Regulated legal or tax advice comes from qualified professionals.
Referral
We introduce a vetted specialist you engage directly.
Coordination
We manage documents, appointments and hand-offs between everyone involved.
Execution
Filing and representation are done by the person authorised to do it: you, or a licensed partner.
What ENCC does not do
